How can I change my address?

On “my account” you can change your addresses for receiving invoice and delivery at “addresses”.

What can I do, if the article I wanted to have is already sold out?

For all of our articles we have a wishlist, where you can sign in and add products to it. You will receive an email immediately when the article is on sale or available again.

I am not sure anymore, if I used the correct data for my order.

Directly after finishing your order, you receive a confirmation via email. If you have created a customer account additionally, you can log in with your email address and find all your orders.

I have a new email address and I cannot reset my password. How can I change my password?

We can change your email address as far as you can answer some security questions. Data protection is really important to us, so we have to make sure first, if you are the person that you pretend to be. After your email address has been changed, you can reset your password.

If you want to pay by card or PayPal, the chosen method will be charged with an authorization amount of the total of your order. It will finally be debited from your account with the delivery of the ordered articles. If your payment cannot be authorized, you will be asked to choose another method of payment.

Every online transaction is going to be verified by Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or American Express SafeKey.

Track your delivery.

If you choose standard shipping, your packet will be delivered within 2-5 business days currently. As soon as your package is dispatched, you receive a shipping consignment via email. With your shipment number you can follow its dispatching process.

When is your order going to be dispatched?

With standard shipping, orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within the period of time indicated in your ordering assignment.

How is the shipment working?

If you choose standard shipping, your packet will be delivered within 2-5 business days currently. As soon as your packages has been forwarded to our shipping partner, you receive a shipment number with your consignment. With this number you can check the status of your consignment. I received a damaged package.

We are really sorry if you received a damaged package.

If only the wrapping is damaged and you want to return something, you can choose the wrapping to send it back. If you have further questions, feel free to send an email to info@cabinready.at.

15 days right of return

Undamaged articles can be sent back within 15 days – we start counting from the day you receive your package.

How can I return articles?

You can return articles within 15 days after receiving your package. Upon expiry of that period of time, a return won’t be possible anymore.

When do I get back my money?

The buy price will be refunded within 14 days after receiving your package. If you send an email to info@cabinready.at and tell us about your return in advance, we can send the money back faster.

My return didn’t get confirmed.

Don’t worry – we don’t confirm returns until we checked them. This procedure can take a few days. So, if you check your consignment tracking and see that your package has already arrived, please give us up to 14 days to confirm your return.
