Prices, shipping and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We deliver worldwide.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of € 2.50 for delivery within Germany and Austria, € 5.00 throughout Europe (excl. Switzerland) and € 10.00 worldwide. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

How long is the delivery time?

You will usually receive your order within 3 to 6 business days after order confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also include your tracking number.

I did not receive a shipping email / email confirmation?

An automatic e-mail will automatically be sent to your specified e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. Please check all folders, including your junk emails. It’s best to add the domain to the Safe Senders list to make sure you get every mail.

Short overview of the most important e-mails during an order process:

Order confirmation
Immediately after purchase, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. A purchase contract is only with shipment of the ordered goods, about which we inform you by e-mail, concluded.

Shipping confirmation
If we have handed over your package to the shipping partner, you will receive another e-mail. Depending on the shipping method, it takes about 2 to 7 working days from then on to receive your package.

Incoming payments
As soon as your payment has been received, we will send you your confirmation by e-mail.

Confirmation of your return
After processing your return in our logistics center, you will receive a return confirmation via e-mail. Further information about the return can be found here.

My country's customs office has asked for more information. What should I do?

Each country has its own import procedures that can change. If you have an order in inches, please contact our customer service team by email with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
